Bio

I was born and raised in Carrollton, GA. I graduated from Bremen High School in 2013, and attended UWG where I obtained my undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a minor in Spanish. Next, I attended Samford University in Birmingham, AL for my Master’s program in Speech-Language Pathology. I have clinical experience working with both children and adults, but my life-long dream has always been to work with children who have special needs. This is my first year working as a Clinical Fellow, and I am currently providing services to students in the adaptive-curriculum classrooms at IES.

I currently live in Carrollton with my husband, Colby, and our Chocolate Lab named Kirby. We have been married since October 2019, and just moved into our first home that we are hoping to make into our own little “fixer-upper.” I also work part time at OneLife Fitness in Carrollton as a group fitness instructor. I enjoy working out and being active in my spare time.
